Hard to improve your reputation when Google reviews don’t play in your favor ?

That was the challenge for Quick restaurants in Avignon, Nîmes Costières, and Nîmes Capouchiné.

Despite high foot traffic, their average ratings didn’t reflect the real quality of service.

For example, Quick Avignon showed a 2.3 rating for 861 reviews.

Their initial goal? Reach 1,500 reviews and a 3.5 Google rating.

The result with Up Review ?

👉 +6,400 reviews for Quick Avignon

Quick’s objectives

Restore its online image, align reputation with real customer experience, and attract new diners.
1

Improve online reputation

Boost the Google rating to regain customer trust and strengthen brand image.

2

Collect a maximum of authentic reviews

Move from a few hundred to several thousand genuine reviews to reflect the real customer experience.

3

Attract and retain new customers

Leverage the visibility boost to generate in-restaurant traffic and encourage repeat visits.

4

Collect contacts for marketing actions

Build an engaged customer database to send promotions and launch future targeted campaigns.

The solution implemented

A 100% winning contest with a prize wheel was deployed for one month in each of the three Quick restaurants.

Laminated flyers (A6 and A4 formats) were placed on tables and counters, making them easily accessible during meals or while waiting. Customers were invited to scan a QR code, leave a Google review, and spin the prize wheel !

To maximize the campaign’s success, stickers were also placed on ordering kiosks, trays, and other strategic touchpoints, ensuring maximum customer reach and participation.
