The customer holds their smartphone near the card or plate placed on your counter. They are taken straight to the page you chose, usually your Google review page. There is nothing to download and nothing to type.
Do NFC review cards need an app?
No, neither for you nor for the customer. NFC is built into recent smartphones, so the phone reacts to a simple tap.
Do NFC review cards work on iPhone?
Yes. Recent iPhones read NFC tags natively, the same way recent Android phones do. The customer just taps the card with the top of the phone.
Can I change where the card points after I receive it?

What formats are available?
