The SMS Campaigns module is free, even without a subscription: you only buy SMS packs, valid with no time limit. Average observed price: 0.069 € / SMS, decreasing with volume.

Can I try Up Review for free?
Getting started begins with a free, no-commitment 30-minute demo with the team. It is used to see the tool on your own case, quantify the potential and plan the next steps. Which payment plan should I choose?
Two plans with a 12-month commitment: monthly (89 € excl. VAT/month for Pro, 149 € excl. VAT/month for Signature) or annual, which amounts to 1 month free. In both cases, setup and graphic design are included (a 250 € value). If you prefer not to commit, a no-commitment plan is available at 119 € excl. VAT/month (Pro) and 179 € excl. VAT/month (Signature), with setup then optional. For seasonal businesses, the seasonal plan covers 6 months paid upfront at the no-commitment rate, i.e. 714 € excl. VAT (Pro) and 1,074 € excl. VAT (Signature).
Is the shared core included in both packs?
Yes: Client Database and CRM, Marketing Campaigns, QR Code management and unlimited user access with role management are included in Pro and Signature alike, at no extra cost.
How are SMS billed?
SMS are bought in packs, valid with no time limit. The bigger the pack, the cheaper each SMS, down to 0.059 € per SMS. Above 100,000 SMS purchased, rates are negotiated, and networks get custom price grids.
What is the Up Review AI?
A built-in AI that replies to your reviews, summarizes them and suggests SMS campaign messages. 100 credits offered when you create your account, then 500 credits per month with the Pro pack and 3,000 with the Signature pack. Top-up on demand available.
Can I switch packs along the way?
Yes, you can move from Pro to Signature at any time. The change takes effect immediately and billing is prorated.
