Will you approach my clients directly?
No. The clients you bring stay yours. Our no-poaching commitment is written into the partnership agreement.
Who bills the end client?
As a business referrer, Up Review bills the client and pays you your bonus then your commission. As a reseller partner, you choose: you bill at the price you set, or Up Review bills for you.
Is there a commitment or minimum volume?
No. Business referrers sign up online, with no minimum volume and no commitment. Resellers apply with no imposed volume: the partner discount simply scales with the size of your portfolio.
How long before a first client is equipped?
Once training is done, a client account opens within 48 h, guided by your dedicated contact. From application to first equipped client, it all happens in a few weeks: callback within 48 h, a 30-minute scoping call, half a day of training, then account opening.
Are my clients trained by you or by me?
We train your teams on the platform and the sales pitch: you are autonomous from your first rollout. For your clients, Up Review technical support can step in directly with them if you wish, without you playing the middleman.
What happens if I end the partnership?
Your clients stay equipped: Up Review keeps providing the product and support. Exit terms, including the fate of ongoing commissions, are written into the partnership agreement, presented at the scoping stage.
How do you handle GDPR and consent?
Every consent is tracked and timestamped, SMS campaigns comply with the AF2M 2026 charter, and a DPA is provided: your liability as a reseller is covered.
Is it compatible with my clients' other tools?
Yes. Up Review runs on its own: QR codes, NFC plates and the webapp require no installation or development on your clients' side. Software and POS vendors actually complete their suite without developing anything, and a POS integration is coming soon.
Is there territorial exclusivity?
There is no automatic territorial exclusivity. If your portfolio or your market justifies it, the question is discussed at the scoping stage and the agreed scope is written into the partnership agreement.
