2Customer answering a survey on their phone

They answer in a few seconds

3Satisfaction score received live in the dashboard

You get the feedback live

Frequently asked questions

How do I create and send a satisfaction survey?
You build the survey in Up Review and send it by SMS, by email or through a QR code shown in your shop, whichever is most natural for your business.
What is the difference between NPS and CSAT?
NPS measures overall attachment to your business and the likelihood of recommendation. CSAT measures satisfaction with one specific experience, right after it happened. The first gives a background trend, the second points to what went wrong on a given day.
How is an NPS calculated?
You ask the customer how likely they are to recommend you, on a scale of 0 to 10. Scores of 9 and 10 are promoters, 0 to 6 are detractors, 7 and 8 are neutral. NPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors, from minus 100 to plus 100.
Why send a survey if I already have Google reviews?
A Google review is public and often written after the fact, when the customer is already happy or already annoyed. A survey arrives earlier and stays private, so you can spot an unhappy customer and fix things before they post.
How many questions should a satisfaction survey have?
Keep it short. A few targeted questions get far more answers than a long form, and a single well-placed question is often enough to track satisfaction over time.
