What is the difference between SMS and RCS?
An SMS is plain text, 160 characters. RCS adds images, carousels, clickable buttons (book, directions, call) and a verified brand identity. Your customers recognize the sender and act in a single tap.
Can all my customers receive RCS?
RCS works on most recent Android phones and on iPhone since iOS 18. When a customer cannot receive RCS, the message falls back to SMS automatically: you lose no one.
