From 277 to 1,756 reviews: how did Italova really grow its Google reviews that fast?

Italova, an artisan pizzeria with deep roots in its neighbourhood, has always focused on quality and personal connection. Customers were quick to recommend it, but its visibility on Google remained limited.

With 277 customer reviews and a Google rating of 4.8 stars, the brand wanted to move up a gear!

That is where Up Review came in, and in under 10 months:

  1. +1,500 Google reviews collected
  2. A consistently excellent average rating of 4.8 stars
  3. Stronger local visibility and a wider customer base

« We weren't expecting results this fast. Within a few months, the difference was obvious: more visibility, more reviews... and above all, more customers!

Our regulars played along, and new faces followed. It's simple, it works... and we recommend it 100%. »

Goals of Italova

Showcase artisan quality and strengthen the local bond with customers

1

Grow local awareness

Being known in the neighbourhood is good. Being visible on Google is better. Italova wanted to strengthen its online presence.

2

Generate more customer reviews

The team wants to encourage happy customers to share their experience online.

3

Keep an exemplary Google rating

Collect more reviews without losing quality: Italova holds on to its 4.8-star rating.

4

Build regulars' loyalty

Italova wants to create a playful experience that keeps customers coming back, and talking about it around them.

The solution with Up Review

Italova has been running Up Review for more than 2 years.

A prize game built to boost Google reviews was rolled out through A5 and A6 flyers placed on tables and counters. Customers scanned the QR code to leave a positive Google review, then spun the prize wheel.

To extend collection, A3 flyers were added to takeaway bags, so customers could take part from home.

Simple, visible, effective!
