That was the challenge for Maison Ravenel, an artisan bakery nestled in the heart of the French Alps: a loyal local clientele, but an online presence that stayed far too quiet.
One of its shops, L'Épi d'Aure, had been stuck at 543 Google reviews for months.
Then Up Review came along, and everything changed. In just 10 months:

« We weren't expecting results this fast. Within a few months, the difference was obvious: more visibility, more reviews... and above all, more customers!
Our regulars played along, and new faces followed. It's simple, it works... and we recommend it 100%. »
Showcase artisan quality and strengthen the local bond with customers.
Being loved in the shop is good. Being visible online is better. The goal: make the bakery's quality known beyond the counter.
Give a voice to happy customers, who are often the silent ones, to better balance the picture online.
A better rating means more credibility, more clicks... and more people in the shop. A reputation is built one review at a time.
By making the experience more engaging, customers come back with a smile, and spread the word around them.
Maison Ravenel has been running Up Review for more than 10 months.
A prize game built to boost Google reviews with a QR code was launched using laminated flyers (A5 and A6), placed on counters and tables. Customers could scan the QR code while queuing, leave a Google review, then try their luck at the prize wheel.
A3 flyers were also stapled to baguette bags, so customers could play later, from home. Simple, visible, effective!
